I’m Jen, and I have ADHD.
I’ve been the digital unicorn behind Team Get Shit Done, formerly Jen Gets Shit Done, for over 7 years. I’ve learned a lot in that time – how to work at maximum efficiency, how to manage a buttload of moving parts, and how to help other photographers do the same.
I also learned that I have ADHD. Since getting diagnosed and treated in 2015 I have made it my mission to learn everything I can about my brain, and educate everyone that will listen. I’m constantly working to bring new information, resources and tools to my community to help decrease stigma, increase productivity, and bring self-acceptance to the neurodiverse. I’ll be an Internationally Certified ADHD Life Coach in 2022, and look forward to helping you change your life.
